👉👉WET COMPRESSES  पाण्याच्या घड्या साहित्य: पसरट भाण्डे,१ लि पाणी,स्वच्छ तलम सुती कापड / ४ ई रून्द बॅन्डेज रोल,पोटॅशिअम परमेन्गनेट ०.१ ग्रॅम,कात्री ओल्या व वाहण्यार्या जखमा बरे करण्यासाठी ही पद्धत वापरतात प्रथम जखम स्वच्छ करा पसरट भान्ड्यात १ लिटर / १ बिसलेरी बाटली स्वच्छ पाणी घ्या. त्यात केवळ २ खडे पोटॅशिअम परमेन्गनेट टाका व ढवळा जास्त खडे वापरणे नको. यामुळे पाणी निर्जन्तुक होते (काॅन्डीज् लोशन = ०.१ मि ग्रा पोटॅ : १ लि पाणी) मउ स्वच्छ तलम वस्त्र अथवा साधे नविन बॅन्डेज ४" रून्द घ्या.याचे ४ ते ६ पदरी घड्या घाला.  या घड्या वरील पाण्यात पूर्ण भिजवा. बाहेर काढा व जखमेवर ठेउन द्या. यामुळे जागा ओली होईल.१५ मिनिट घड्या जखमेवरच राहू द्या.यामुळे जागेवरील म्रुत पेशी,खर,क्रस्ट,पू,वाळलेले रक्त निसटून आेल्या घड्याना चिकटेल व जखम त्यापासून मुक्त होईल. नन्तर घड्या काढून त्यान्चा निचरा करा. स्वच्छ झालेल्या जखमेवर हलका पारदर्शक थर मलमाचा लावा दिवतातून ३ वेळा ही क्रिया केलेयास जखम जलद सुकेल चुका: पाण्यैत मीठ वापरणे,बॅन्डोजचे छोटे तुकडे वापरणे,जखम घासणे, मलमाचा जाड थर Cold water folds In...
